Request Service by Publication or Posting

Service by posting in the courthouse is only available in situation where, after diligent efforts, the Respondent cannot be located. Prior approval of a judicial officer is required to use this type of service.

Service by posting requires a fee waiver. Alternative service without a fee waiver requires service by publication.
